A footprint in the sand. As you scroll, the Adno sole appears in the same position, rotates and transforms into the Stripes 5’10. The shoe then rotates clockwise and stands vertically alongside the story of Adno.

STRIPES 5.10
It all starts with a wave.
Read backwards, Adno becomes Onda, the Italian word for “wave”.
Stripes 5.10 began with a simple question:
Could a shoe feel like walking on sand?
I wanted the freedom of a surf bootie in a shoe I could slip on, take off and wear anywhere, on land or in the water. Nothing superfluous. Just what matters.
Neoprene gave me the feeling, but knit made the idea possible. It could wrap around the foot while letting it move, and turn the idea into an after-surf shoe for everyday life.
Stripes 5.10 took shape in 2014. The stripes take inspiration from classic knitted surfboard socks. The sole recalls the lines that wind and water leave in the sand.
